Get your triathlon kit right!
With the London triathlon now only 2 weeks away, most of your training should be done and you should be making plans for the big day. Personally I’m looking forward to competing on closed roads around our impressive capital city.
The event packs with numbers have been sent out and the wave start times are on the website: www.thelondontriathlon.co.uk .
Brighton Marathon 2012
Whether you are a seasoned runner or want to try a marathon for the first time, there's no better place to do it than Brighton with it's lovely sea breeze and route that takes in the sights of the Pavillion, North Laines, Palace Pier and Regency seafront architecture.

Triathlon Transitions
With about four weeks to go to the London Triathlon, I’m sure that all of your training for the three disciplines is progressing well. Hopefully the swimming is getting easier, the cycling faster and the running stronger. But what about the fourth and fifth disciplines -the dreaded transitions where you change from swim to bike and bike to run? These are both areas that can either cost you or save you a lot of time. With a little practise and organisation you can be out of transition a long time before those who enter transition with you.
